Q: Is the service free?
A: No. BandVIRB profiles are individually designed by our team and take time and effort. You are paying for the professional design and use of our work. Please fill our our quote form to receive a price for your own BandSpace.

Q: Do you use templates?
A: No we don't. Each BandVIRB is created specifically for the customer and designed to their specifications and desires.

Q: How long does it take to create a BandSpace?
A: At most, the process can take up to 3 weeks to complete. Timelines depend on amount of workflow at hand and are not guaranteed.

Q: How do I update my site?
A: We include special instructions on how to update your site once your profile is published. If you would rather have us update your site for you, we can bill you hourly for the changes.

Q: I don't have a place to upload my template images!
A: No worries. We create a new Photobucket account for every profile we create.

Q: Can you host my template images for me?
A: See above

Q: I have a personal (non-band)l VIRB account. Can you customize that too?
A: Definitely! If you would like a custom design for your personal page, just specify it when you fill out the quote form.

Q: I am a business/organization. Can I have my Company's VIRB page designed too?
A: Yes! Please fill out the quote form and describe your needs and we will work with you to create professional looking VIRB page.

Q: How much does a Personal profile cost?
A: Personal Profiles cost the same as our BandVIRB packages. Please fill out a quote form for latest pricing. Please specify that the profile is a Personal one when ordering.

Q. Do you offer refunds if I don't like the final result?
A: Sorry, there are no refunds on profiles that have already been started. All of the hours of designing work put into each BandVIRB has to be accounted for. Unlike a product, we are a service that's time and effort cannot be refunded. This information is outlined in our Terms of Service. We assure you, however, that your space will look how you want it to. We work with you and use any ideas you might have to create a final product you will love.

Q: Can I use your designs or code for my own profile/someone elses' profile?
Absolutely not. All work that BandVIRB produces is copywritten and it is against the law to copy, duplicate, or resell any original material created by us. This also means you may not remove any copyright notices from the code or work we provide you with. If we find someone who has copied, duplicated, or resold our work, we will immediately step in and take all actions necessary to rectify the situation. You can report stolen work here.
